Batchelor developed information on the person’s whereabouts and at around 5pm on Monday carried out a traffic stop just inside Weldon town limits. The vehicle was operated by Silver and Batchelor also met Roberts.

Inside the vehicle were drugs stolen from the pharmacy. After speaking with the men, officers attended a residence in Weldon and located the rest of the drugs stolen from the pharmacy as well as some of the stolen cigarettes.
